MightyMarge
My J22 has a small patch in the Gel Coat right over the beginning of the hull number. I think it's blocking out 2 letters. Any idea of what those letters might be? What I can see looks like ??P20134M83L. I understand this to be Hull 134 built in 1983. I'm not sure what all the letters mean. cdoyle
It is usually the manufacturer's designation. They would be the same for all of the US boats built in 1983, and I think it would be TPP for Tillotson Pearson. We have 317 at our club, I'll check and re-post when I have an answer.
