brianbeyyonug Posted October 1, 2010 Report Posted October 1, 2010 Currently I am using simple bowlines to attach the spin sheets. Unfortunately these catch on the side stays and forestay and are a bit heavy. Does anyone have a more streamlined and lighter approach they would like to share? Thanks in Advance Brian Young Eclipse CAN952

Guest Kevin Posted October 5, 2010 Report Posted October 5, 2010 We sail with North and Quantum chutes. I use simple figure eight knots on the inside of each clew of the chute.
Guest chunder thicken Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 Use figure eight knots on the OUTSIDE of the kite. that way you'll only snag the backstay/sidestays of your competitors.
