I believe the OP is referring to this.

D2.2 (a)(vi)

Oversized backer plates, up to 60,000 square mm, may be added to the forward side of the main bulkhead. Up to 5 additional bolts through the bulkhead and the backer plate may be added in order to better spread the load to the bulkhead.
