Bulkhead Replacement

My J22 sat idle 2 winters ago.  One of the cockpit scuppers leaked into the bilge and the bulkhead became delaminated.  A friend of mine and I are going to replace this.  Any templates, prints, plans, words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated.

How is the project going? I was just researching Coosa Board as an option, but it is quite expensive... I may be undertaking a bulkhead overhaul in a couple of weeks. I have had my J in the backyard since Mid-march and she has been slowly coming along.
