    Backstay length

    Would cutting the lower sections work as well? Seems it may be easier to cut the lower sections with rig up to bring for shortening. Do you have an estimate of the suggested length for these sections ( mine are approx 24’3” for the upper and lowers are 6'7” with turnbuckles completely closed)?
  4. Looking for opinions on the preferred length of the backstay sections for use with an angled step? Is it better to replace backstay, shorten leg sections or upper section?
