mishman Posted June 1, 2014 Report Share Posted June 1, 2014 I am getting some brown staining around my lower gudgeon. Is this an indication of a serious problem. It is only appearing on the port side of the gudgeon. Appreciate any thoughts. I don't want to ignore it if it leads to something serious. Will Posted June 4, 2014 Report Share Posted June 4, 2014 At the least, you should pull the bolts out and see how corroded they are. If water has gotten in, and it is a pre-USWatercraft boat, you may have some core issues too.
